Alison Tulio, Esq.

Alison joined Incenter as President of Incenter Tax Solutions in 2021 and has more than fifteen years of experience in residential and commercial property tax appeals.
Her mission as the organization’s leader is to grow nationwide awareness of the need for property tax assessment review and appeal services in order to bring relief to as many property owners as possible.
Alison founded MidAtlantic Tax Solutions, LLC in 2008 and successfully appealed tax assessments for hundreds of property owners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Immediately prior to joining Incenter Tax Solutions, Alison served as outside counsel to lenders and mortgage servicing companies in all aspects of real estate transactions, including financing, loan origination, default resolution and title litigation.
